CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A local mother says going home for Christmas may be even more fun this year.

“Home for the holidays” is taking on new meaning for this woman and a few others. They are part of a team getting a holiday makeover at any age.

Dr. Jon Mendelsohn of the Advanced Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center in Norwood says treatments, such as PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, draw growth factors to the surface of the skin. It uses your own blood and the blood products are then separated and delivered for a youthful look. He uses this therapy along with fillers, Botox and skin care to help people look younger and feel better.
